We are not responsible for any missed tasks, alarms, or productivity losses resulting from the use of our app. The app is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes.
No Guarantees
While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that the app will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
Subscriptions and Payments
Any subscriptions or payments for DeenShield are handled directly through the Apple App Store. We do not process or store your payment information. All billing inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeenShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
